If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a seamless process for returns and exchanges to help you find the perfect fit.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the fixture in its original packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware, bulbs, and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
