Do your light fixtures come with bulbs included?
Most of our decorative fixtures do not include bulbs unless specified on the product page. This allows you to choose your preferred color temperature and brightness level.
What is your policy on shipping fragile glass items?
We use specialized reinforced packaging and high-density foam to protect all glass components. In the rare event of breakage during transit, we provide free replacements within 48 hours of reporting.
Can I return a fixture if it doesn't fit my space?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for all items in their original packaging. Please note that fixtures that have already been installed or wired are not eligible for return.
Are your lighting products compatible with dimmer switches?
The majority of our LED and incandescent fixtures are dimmable. We recommend checking the 'Technical Specifications' section of each product to ensure compatibility with your home's dimming system.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 states and Canada. Please be aware that international orders may require a voltage converter depending on your local electrical standards.
Is professional installation required for your chandeliers?
While we provide detailed installation guides, we strongly recommend hiring a licensed electrician for all hardwired ceiling fixtures and heavy chandeliers to ensure safety and warranty compliance.
